Not to nit-pick, but this is not true. After any honest study of the Bible, you will find that man is no longer bound to the Old Testament Law, because of what Jesus did on the cross. As a Christian, I do try to follow the Bible "word for word".

Okay, sorry for my ignorance. I don't intend for this to turn into a debate. I just wanted to share my excitement and enthusiasm for this field of science still in it's infancy.

Giving you the ability to live past your twenties and thirties isn't impressive enough? There was a time in history when your teens were considered mid life.

I feel secure, even in the thermo nuclear age

I feel no less secure than when I think about possible earth killing asteroids, the mega volcano in yellowstone, etc... etc..

Interesting stuff. It's crazy to see what science comes up with, I imagine all breakthroughs seemed insane at first discovery? NO matter our opinions things will progress, time marches on, in the meantime I will just do my best and enjoy science articles and Monster fish.
