As far as the long tail goes, if you haven't ever seen how long their tails are 'supposed' to be on captive rather than wild caught, it is amazing how much of the tail is missing from most wild caught rays.

Fish food, I've heard they serve it as a specialty in the best places on the river bottom. Apparently the Piranha mobsters are very fond of the dish
