$10 is a decent price for any Bichir. In my area the cheapest ones are Senegal and they sell for $15-$20 each as little 2" babies.
It would be at petco i was looking throw the availability list and seen

One vendor has them labeled at retail at
9.99 and another at 18.99
At an inch difference
And labeled as captive bred
So I'm assuming there senegal's
Might order one just to make sure

Not here a sen under 5" is 5$ delhezis under 5" are 25-30$ and endlichiris under 5" are 20-25$
Everything else here in my area is more than 30$ and usually very rare to find I can't find anything other than those 3 I found a lapradei at 14" one time it was a fluke they had got it in I bought it immediately
