Just trying to get some extra money to get the saltwater up and going. And to make room. If he wont sell then I will probably keep him until the rtc decides other. That marble pushes his buttons all the time.

Wow thats a big jump from fresh to saltwater. Plus the amount of equipment you'll need....:nilly:

I dont know.....I am going to make a friendly suggestion and say that if I were you I would start off with Brackish fish.

I am not just saying it because I have them. But I think that Brackish fish keeping is like the "prequel" to saltwater fish keeping.

It serves as a good start so that you can get the idea of how saltwater fish function and how to measure the specific gravity of the water. Its WAY MORE forgiving in regards to making small mistakes.

But this is only my friendly advice, if you feel your ready to jump head first into the world of salt then by all means I wish you the best of luck. I know I am not ready for Saltwater fish keeping due to my financial situation. Bills go up and wages dont.....So I have to settle for Mono's and Scats lol:ROFL:

There is not one brackish fish that I really like. Besides, the pet stores around here never carry them. Only the "cat sharks" Which I've done before. Thanks for that suggestion though.

Saltwater isn't hard if you know what you are doing. I had a small saltwater tank before, 29 gallons and everything went really good.. But I've done my fair share of reading and have people who personally own salt tanks that if I ever need the help I have it. I've already purchased everything I need, now all I need to do is get these catfish gone that are in the tank.

Awww. The Marble Cat looks so cute! I wish I could take him, but a 75 Gallon tank wont make him a happy camper.

I hope you can find homes for them all...

Thank you. Me too. It's kind of hard to find homes for the bigger ones around here, so I'm more then likely going to keep him if he doesn't sell
