Purchased this female back in June 1st of this year. She is somewhere around 9". Mybluem3 stopped by last night and snapped a couple pictures. Didn't realize how much she had really changed in that time.

I know right. Looks like a whole new ray.

Beautiful!!!!!

Thanks

Really looking great

Thanks. Can't wait to see what the other female in the second picture turns into.

Well I thought I had seen it all with Marbles. This is the most incredible transformation I have ever seen with any ray I think, to go from a dirty dark based ray to what it is today...well, i have to say, I'm lost for words, that is morphing into one hell of a Stingray.

Congratulations on owning such a fish, she looks real special.

Perimeter spotting definetly looks midget.

She looks so much like my lil CB girl it isn't even funny.....

Very nice ray and even nicer transformation.....

Thanks Aquaman. Going to have to do a watch this space thread as I have one more that may pull the same thing. She was a very dark base marble but has been lightening up the past few weeks. This one is special, she is my little monster of the tank. Always lets me know when it is time to eat by splashing all over the place and doing the occasional backflip.
