I tried punching in your link but it said site not found.

I see them for much more on aquabid all the time. I just have too many and am not too concerned about making a profit. They typically go for about $5 for one an inch in size.

I would only recommend say 3 adults for a ten with at least 1 cave/tube/hiding place per cray.

though for a dollar it'd be worth a shot to try more. I have never kept them in a bare bottom so I do not know.

Like I said before I have read of cases of cannibalism but never seen it myself. They have plenty of food in my tanks. On a side note my tanks are well over stalked so it is hard to say if any have been eaten by the others just too many to count. I really don't think that cannibalism is an issue.

for a 20 I would say you could put 5 or 6 but with the same rule as above... just have hiding places for each one so they can get out of danger and defend themselves when they molt

It says buyer pays shipping so you can get the deal on aquabid 10 for $5 PLUS shipping :) I will only ship 10 tho and not 14 (that's an aquabid special)

I have one tank at room temp with no heater on it what so ever and I have some more in a 29 gal planted tank at 72 degrees and even more in a 40 gal quarantine tank at 78 degrees.

do they breed in like 60 degrees?

I keep the juvies in the tank at room temp to slow down growth (not sure if it helps)

adults are in tanks between 72-78 and this is where breeding takes place.

with they way these multiply I wouldn't be surprised if they would breed at 60 degrees tho I haven't personally done it myself
