Marble dying... any tips??

Hi well my marble is back to being frisky and putting on weight eating blackworms, only problem is during the original ordeal his one eye started turning cloudy, then some red (blood?) streak and now has gone completely opaque (white) and appears to be swollen. This started 5 days ago and I was hoping it would clear up when he started perking up after the original issues. Any suggestions / treatments? As of now I have completed in the last 9 days 2 treatments of prazi and 1 salt followed by a large water change yesterday to get things back to normal. Any ideas for the eye treatment would be great. Should I re salt the tank? Would it be a bacteria infection?
