Marbling doesnt really have to do with their spots. It is the pattern between the spots that makes a marble motoro. Note the ray in my avatar is a marble motoro.

I dont think you have a marbled here. At 9" it should be way more clear. Look at my male, he is around 6.5" and doenst have good color yet; yours should be like this if marble.

I dont think it is a marbled aswell as marbled should have a lighter base colour. Or is it a young/small ray?
But is a nice ray though
she is about 9" right now so ... still young but.... I was just seeing some color changes in her and i thought, very nice marbles by the way, i will be looking at getting one later on.
