...And folks may need more than a couple days to negotiate these kinds of purchases. I've done the same thing...last minute ride to a major city with attempts to sell and deliver and I've come up short everytime:irked:. Things just don't sell that quickly anymore.

Additionally, if people don't really know about how rays change and adapt their colors to their environments, the rays may not "look" as appealing as they should/could or indeed are:confused:."Whitey" is a prime example.

Morning bump for ya! Have a safe trip.

man i would love to help you out but i just cant aford rays that expensive(wife and kids wont let me aford them).. but if i could i would love to have that female.

I understand its short notice. For that I apologize, but I had no control over the situation at hand. I've never even tried to sell some of these as some of these have been my nicest rays at one point in time. Just have no desire to try to care for all these things myself anymore. Also no longer have the desire to attempt to provide CB rays to the hobby in decent #s by keeping a decent size breeding group. Recent situations have just made no longer driven to continue to expand in the hobby and from this point forward I will be persuing a very drastic downsize. Once dwindled I can care better for the few rays I'll keep, and may keep one of these just to prove my point on the patterns being much nicer then they currently are.

How bout some price slashing? Lol. $100 off any ray. $150 off any 2. Can get them shipped next week as I'm allready enroute to Chicago, so delivery is off.

GL Al, and bump for some nice rays.
I understand, when there is no joy and it feels more like work, then it is time to down size.

GL with the sale Alan... Have you thought about doing something to lighten the substrate... or move a couple rays to a lighter environment to enhance the pattern of the rays so buyers can appreciate the potential of your beautiful rays? It seems your pond's dark environment make the rays darker and duller.

Also, you may want to clarify the discount buddy.
100 off per ray
150 per two rays (75 off each ray)
150 off on any additional ray after the first ray
or 150 off each ray when buying two or more rays...

Just trying to help out a cool guy.... Here's a ray I bought from Alan as a regular motoro a while back.... Turned out to be a super nice motoro. You guys be the judge.

Buy 2 $300 off. Assuming they are the more expensive ones. May keep the new female, still up in the air. I will need a lil extra for the shipping bit though. Gas isn't free, and I'm traveling 5 hours rountrip to make shipping happen. Allready losing enough on these, don't need to loose more AFTER the sale. And I have thought a lot about improving enviromental qualities to enhance how the rays look, and honestly plan on doing that, but I did NOT plan on selling these. Therefor I wasn't concerned with the looks. Takes $ to make $ and I have no more $ and no more patience. I know white substrate in the pond helped a ton, just don't know if I can dig up the pics I have to prove it. I have very lil PC access to upload from my hard drive. Thanx Minh!!

sorry to hear this Alan but i completely understand live stock is always frustrating for me at some point but the passion is so great that i never seem to get out of the hobby.
