Post at pic up of the entire shark or atleast the tank so we can see where in your tank he may have hurt himself? What are you keeping with him? Anything that could be bothering him?

nothing is bothering him , water para is good , how long does it usually take before they become more active ?What's good? Coral cats are very sensitive to any trace nirtites, particularly if it's injured. You should also run a UV Sterilizer... this is a must for sharks.
Mazuri formula is best for sharks IMHO... if you get the powder you can make paste and inject it right into the food.
