Thanks Cajun,he is a very special ray,i always feel blessed to have him everytime i look in the tank especially since iv'e had him from a tiny 4 inch disc size,hopefully he will become a father in the next 12 to 18 months.....thats the plan anyway.

This is something i might experiment with later but will be happy to breed true Pearls for now,the prospect of producing an hybrid from two ray species of quality is an exciting one.I would have thought breeding these two rays together been very similar in many ways to one another should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also fairly well matched from a genetic point of view.....we will see,definitely something to think about!

after looking at all your pics I could not pick a favorite... they are all truely awesome!

One day I am hoping to get a small collection of rays going , looking at your pics just makes me want to get started on that project now! haha
