I chose 4 like the other 145 people so far. I think #6 would have a lot more votes if it had a background and if the pic only included the tank itself rather than the entire room it's in.

Base it on what you thinks more important. Personally, I'd like to see more fish in some of these tanks. I'm not as interested in a pretty tank with only one or two visible fish, or a pic from so far away I can't tell what the fish are.

I've seen lighting like that before (not with multiple colors) and I don't get it. It's cool I guess if you don't care about seeing the fish.

Four is beautiful except for the contents of the tank itself, which are rather dull. Put that anywhere else and it's not eye grabbing at all.
