thats unIDed guy looks like a chunky Blue fish (real commong name not a name referring to the colors, also known as ahrbor blues at the 5pound range)

In the pic#9 The unidentified fish is a pile or rubberlip seaperch and the flatfish are large starry flounders, halibut don'y have the dark banding on the fins and tail. The fish in pic#3 is most likely one of the many sculpins found in the northwest. Cabezon are really large sculpins and reach (rarely) 30lbs.
