It doesn't look like Atlanta to me... Either they change a lot of things in the last 2 months, or it is some place out of the states.

I believe georgia public aquarium is only place to keep them alive in captivity in the us.

uh...no, 2 have died already in Georgia.

there are some alive in captivity at the Osaka Aquarium.

and the ones pictures above are in Taiwan, the souther part, the aquarium sits on the beach, and probably uses fresh sea water, and they've apparently kept these alive for some time now! I've seen them in person last year, what an incredible sight, since I had not expected to see them there!

you're right, they're the only ones in the U.S.; the above pictures were take in Taiwan. But Georgia Aquarium has been having problems keeping their large fish alive, and have lost 2 already, there is another thread with some experts discussing the issue, someone can post the link, i'm lazy right now.

thanks CDM for the pictures, now I'd like to see what you have in your collection again, saw the picture thread of your tigrinnis on a Chinese website, its awesome!

Atlanta right? Only place in the US that has whale sharks I belive. Its also one of my favorite places to go =)

Taiwan, in fact! That public aquarium is near Kenting National Park (southest end of Taiwan).

BIGgourami, only regular leveling up a bit for all pics. That one of the last second is indeed a shovelnose guitar fish.

Here's a pic for the building:

And I really like the first tank. They use natural sun light, and those plants hanging high from top to the bottom. Some more pics for the tank, and those sharks are around 3ft.
