I have galaxy and its awesome! its almost the same as the original 64 except the planets...
its awesome to walk on planets, jump on em, grab stars, plus there are alot of transformations like
you could turn into a bee, a ghost, ice mario, fire mario, rainbow mario, and flying mario
i beat the game but then after you get all 120 stars you can play as luigi and then do the whole thing over again.. im not sure if i want to go through everything again since it was pretty annoying to try to beat some levels. other than that, BUY IT the WII was MADE for Mario games!
another great game is the mario vs sonic olympics.. me and my friends have mad fun playing but we get mad tired lol

awesome thanks guys! mario and sonic is amazing! I love it. it hurts a lot the day after though. lol
Mario Galaxy is an outstanding game. The control is not what i thought it was. When I first watched video of the game in action, I assume you move Mario with the pointer, but that is not the case. Mario is controlled with the anolog stick and moving the Wii mote left and right causes him to perform his attack. The only problem I encounter was minor camera angle issue. In this game you don't have control of the camera, except for repositioning it to the front view. The camera problem was only against the wall in 1 or 2 stages.
This Mario game is easy to pick up and play. There is no getting lost in this game. The best part is fighting the bosses.

the camera was its only flaw to me... its hard to do some levels when you cant see the side or the back
