one time i was buying a 10 inch catfish to feed my piranhas and they told me by law they cannot let the fish leave the premises alive, saying that they can keep the fish alive for freshness but when it leaves the tank they are required to kill it,

i wasnt aware of this until i had the mexican guy net it out and then all of a sudden he laid it on the ground inside the net and i saw him reach for a club and i stopped him right before she swung at the fish lol, then i talked to the owners and they told me that
