I buy raw shrimp....The packaged, freezed "cocktail" shrimp make good treats...I buy whole prawns, squid, krill, and tilapia....I stick to the white meats when it comes to fish, no salmon....
i just fed my belly crawler some cocktail shrimp because i ran out of feeder fish and he was trying to eat my ottocinclus's, but then i realized after that they add sodium tripolyphosphate to preserve it (and salt). I briefly rinsed it before putting it in, but didnt rinse it well, is this harmful to my fish?
