I go to karate and so do my kids. Couldn't tell you what style we do though although we kind of do a mixed style where there are bits of kick boxing and mui (spelling) tai

i was trained by a thai exchange student (under 18's champ!!) for 4 years in muay thai, whilst he stayed with my aunty here in aus! that was cool! i wasnt agile enuf tho :(

Ok my turn... I've studied Wado-ryu for the last 15 years, which is a form of karate (and one of the big 4). I have trained with masters from Muay thai, shaolin, wushu, tae kwan do, tai chi, shotokan, shudokan, shorin ryu (matsubayashi), goju ryu, kyokushin, aikido, ishin ryu, ****o ryu, brazilian jiujitsu, jeet kune do, and boxing. I have fought in many national tournaments, and a couple internationals, and too many to count local/state/region tournaments. I have been on world tournaments twice, and captain once. In a few weeks I'll be fighting in another international, and another regional.

Nice. I did some jiu-jitsu (a little mix of BJJ & GJJ). I did karate for a few years, but got out of that becuase my form was... well... not conforming. I still train (basically get submitted all the time) with my brothers buddy (BJJ instrustor), but other than that, I have been out of the loop. On occasion, a few of us get together and do a little mui thai, but I don't do stand up for long. If I get in the clinch, I like to take it down to more familiar territory. I am very rusty, but I still know my throws and subs.
