i really feel for you dude...lost my blue dolphins and peacocks the same way and boy was it heartbreaking :(

still have not got back to africans after that...

thanks for the thought bro!!!! it really sucks to walk by the tank now,i use to walk by and all of them use to come up looking for food going back an forth rally fast for me to feed them,,but the most of all my ZBlur frontosa's that i bought from House64 " Sean" were in there also....:cry:
 
I hate to see Your loss! But it seems to Me that You are on the right track to fixing Your problem where it will not happen again.
To see that tank empty was sicking!

I feel your loss man!! I looked for Featherfins for over a year found some things were going well and then the feeder wire on my electrical line to the house came down. Lost the featherfins and most of my other Tang cichlids. There was actually Ice on the top of the tanks by morning. It was -25 degrees outside wind like crazy and no heat in the house. Just sucks to work so hard and then have something go terribly wrong killing so many so quickly.
 
It's been a really bad week. Our condolences. We lost half our tank evening of Dec 23. Due to pure stupidity on our part. The only thing that made me feel better was watching the survivors. I can't imagine how horrible it must be to walk past the tank and see it empty. On Xmas Day, I learned my uncle passed away. Sad. Sad. Week. We're not partiers on New Years Eve, but this year, - I'm all for it. Just want to ring away the last decade 'coz it sucked! Best of luck to you. Hugs. Dawn
