Mastecembalus sp. "Burmese Batik Eel"?

Trying to find info on this eel and coming up short, is there a different name for it?

hi i have a batik eel in my community tank like you i have found very little info on it on the net . i have owned it for approx 8 years and am the second owner , i believe it is about 12 years old.It is 14 inches long it is a peaceful fish however will eat any fish it can get in its mouth . found that out the hard way once put 10 young neons in the tank the next morn 6 had gone no trace at all his staple diet is tetra colour bits cheers
