Chloe, I've just got to say your sideways avatar pic throws me off each time. I think shipping may be a problem with the customs on both ends. You may have to check with your ministry of agriculture
 
got my fry ,the very next day and they are all alive and healthy and eating on thr first day i would mos def buy for fish from JP
