laid them this morning I think :) but some of them are just starting to get grey/brown so looking at your breeding thread with your monos I think the have a couple of days before the hatch

Ya mine took around 2 days to turn brown as long as they don't turn white ur good.

Man, its weird, Ive opened some Cichla with o > urogenital papila, and it was a female.

I dont believe in that o O, o > theory anymore.

And now the nuchal hump..

Im thinking theres no way to sex Cichla at all.

A guy told me that the females are more compact than the males but I agree with you that there is no proper way to decide gender :)
