What makes you think he has gill flukes?
Can you see a 'cough'?
If so then yes the powdered koi brand of fluke solve is fine to use

Yes a cough just this morning and breathing heavily....any brand that can buy in local shop like maidenhead?

Sorry been away for a couple of weeks. I hope you have already treated as another 2 weeks of waiting could have disastrous effects.
Buy it on amazon, get the Flukesolve that is used for treating Koi
