I heard about this few days ago so I never even bothered to look at the list
top 3 are atrocious. not necessarily as in how they look, but as in overall undeserving. all 3 of them along with Ashley tisdale should be in the 70's-90's range
at least I understand a lot of times it's a popularity contest so I can understand why rhi rhi would be top ten, but what the hell has tisdale and cyress done recently? i'm more upset at this than when Jennifer garner was #1 years back
ke$ha shouldn't even be on the list, let alone beat Jamie chung, kat dennings and zoey deschanel

Agreed,Kesha is no beauty queen and Zoe Saldana should been placed far better but hey,this list seems to have been decided by voters who are also fans of Justin Beeber.
yea, totally obvious the only people who voted are preteens/born after 2000 or couple years before
