I realized at home Depot and lowes you can buy a sheet of Acrylic 1/4" by 4ft by 8ft. I chose to maximize the size of a wet dry sump that can be created with one sheet. the sump is 20" wide, 4ft long and has a wet dry height of 28" and a pump side height of 20". If you take an inch off of length then you can create braces as well. the cost for one sheet is 172$ for me. It uses the same design as a pro made saline solutions sump I had lying around that had 1/4" thick acrylic as well. the sump by them was 40 gallons so I maximized the dimensions for one sheet giving a max capacity of 80 gallons however this is a wet dry so only 20 gallons may be in the sump. if there is interest in more detail I will do a sketch up
