first off, i am electrically stupid, so i cant just put one together. I have seen pictures of freshwater non-planted Led lights that look cool as hell. During the day it shimmers and at night the whole tank lights up blue and you can see everything but with a blue tent. I asked a guy at my LFS and he said Marineland has one kinda like that. He warned me not to get the ones with the cover all the way across the lights, saying that if one goes out they all do. he told me to get the the LEDs that are individually covered, saying that if one goes out it can be fixed. If that confuses, dont worry cause I am lost aswell. I want to stick around the 100-150.00 range. Any help? remember I would like super blue accents but cant build my own.
:WHOA: please help

oh sorry guys, it is 75 gallon, so 48" L, i will check them out strollo

just looked at the link, those will be more than likely what i get, reviews seem good.. i think the moonlight effect is the bomb

Look at my 374 thread. I have some 30w led floods in a 10k color that I love so far. You could do 2 on a 75 far off the water and be bright and shimmer way more that the beamwork or marine land. 150 shipped...guy is on eBay I think I posted his name in my thread and some vids. I have a 4' beam works...these and these are much better.

Cool deal. Only thing I didn't like about those was how focused the light was. I took the lenses off mine...spreads the light much more but it's not as bright. Also it exposes stuff you may not want to expose.
