She surprises me with her greed for food. She has taken to NLS 6mm sinking pellets like it were nothing and almost ignores the smaller 3mm stuff now. Cant wait till she is a true monster.

I hear ya Mine can be picky too. For mine he luvs the veggi rounds from omga (i think by them) Mine will hogg all the veggi rounds and leave the pellets...lol

I love a really nice Pearsei and yours is gorgeous. For those that like the personality of the Oscar, but not so much their looks, the Pearsei is a perfect alternative. Very similar in many ways.

Thank you. I luv her. She has been great! She can get aggressive every once in a while (very rare)For the most part she gentle.

The males have a steeper profile when mature (about 3 years of age I believe), and while they don't get a nuchal hump per se, there is a bit of a bump that helps with sex differences.
My 5 would eat a large head of romaine lettuce every couple days, and also were ravenous about thawed de-shelled peas.
