ok i just upgraded my tank from a 55 to a 95 gallon tank, i didn't kill any bacteria during the switch i was still running the filter in a cooler. but back to the main idea my mbu looks lazzzzy he hardly swims around the tank just chilling on the driftwood his color is like faded? lol i cant explain it but his "design" the strips aint greenish no more its more like brownish?

Whats the parameters on your tank, and what size is your fish right now? any tankmates? feeding schedule etc?

The more info you give us, the better we can help you out...

^ How long have you had your MBU for?

As for feeding, hard shelled foods for their teeth, such as de-frosted Mussels, Clams still on shell, de-frosted Shrimp, Scallops, NLS / Massivore Pellets etc are all good for a puffer... Key with feeding is trying to keep it varied a bit, but please no fish live or dead, as they aren't normally piscivores...

Did you manage to pick up a test kit to test out your water yet?

BTW, what size tank do you have your fish in?
