MBU puffer roll call

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It is a calculated risk for sure, The main thing that is concerning me is the fact that I don't know this fish and how it would behave outside of the 40g in the lfs if I had raised it myself I think I would be more keen on trying it. With my luck he will feel all comfy and at home in the 300 after a week or two and start snacking on everything. I may still try a mbu some day but I am pretty sure I won't chance this one

Came into work today and he was gone, someone with a nice sized tank bought him I even got to see some pictures of him in his new tank. It all worked out pretty well :)

I would not risk this combo. Mbu's like to hunt in the sand and could make the mistake of seeing a ray eye as a snail in the sand, they are also very nippy. I'm training mine right now to cohab with other fish, even then he throws a curveball sometimes.
