Mbu puffing up

I was sitting in front of the tank when he did it and he just did it for no reason. None of the tankmates bother with him. He was sick for like 2 weeks with ips and wasnt happy moving from his tank in the store filled with 30 16 inch armatus go figure. I treated him and now he is doing great. Begging for food non stop. In the tank he came from he was eating goldfish and the armatus was snatching them out of his mouth. It was actually stressful to watch but the puffer didnt care. They had 3 mbu in the tank and they were the craziest ones I've ever seen. Chasing goldfish.
I feed him everything I think he can eat. I just ordered 5lbs of live crawfish from Louisiana because he seems to love them the best. He eats clams,shrimp, crab clusters, crayfish
Excellent variety. Was worried when you stated the lfs were feeding live feeder fish.
I honestly didnt even know a mbu would eat a goldfish like that. They were feeding all those armatus goldfish but the puffers were eating them.
They will eat them especially if hungry but not good long term for the puffer's health.
