I dont understand the point of trying to curb aggressive with a ping pong ball, or even a goldfish in a small plastic ball. I would focus more on tank design and proper acclimation processes and less on what foreign object I can put in a tank and bait my fish into attacking it. When would you use a method like this? Would it be more when you add new fish and you want to pull the aggression away from the new fish? I just dont understand the point of this.

im assuming your fish have to be way bigger than the huge white ping pong ball you just tossed into the tank for the first time ever, like some sort of alien space ship at the top of the fish galaxy.

Nice to know you changed it! hahahaha. Never said anything about putting ping pong balls in my tanks. Unfortunately you may not be interested in my opinion, but because that is why everyone joins a forum, I will give my opinion. Unfortunately I cannot be banned for my opinion, sorry to spoil your day. I also dont need smileys kicking someone in the nuts, does not make me or you bigger than anyone else. I will be honest. I first ignored this post for two reasons. Reason number one is because you posted it. Reason number two is because I felt it was stupid to put ping pong balls in a tank to "curb" aggression. Unfortuantely I opened my mouth and fueled your fire, which means when I look at this I have to see more of your childish antics. I suppose I will go back to my prior ways and just leave it alone when nothing really needs to be said.
