I can't do that........ My arms will pop out of their sockets, my tendons are too loose.
Nice work!

You inspired me. I just started working out with weights a few days ago. I was much weaker than I was expecting, but oh well.

nice, make sure to stretch really well before you start lifting..

- also how the heck does this have soo many views and reply's?

My bro (17) does 250 a few times... Then brags about it all day, whilst I can still kick his butt... Being strong and knowing how to fight are two very different things, but I love making him scream like a 5 year old girl, so I won't be telling him that....

Good for you, I can't bench that much, therefor I am impressed :D
I can barely curl 25lbs, not sure how much I could bench, since I do not have any spotters I'd trust, they all bust out laughing, then I laugh, and it is not a good thing.

Not to revive an old thread, but I'm still hanging with it. Started both BJJ and weight training. I'm still doing well with BJJ, but my old man strength is all but gone. I tried to work out with 205 on Tuesday of this week and almost freaked out when I couldn't easily get it up. I didn't have a spotter and noone else was around me. I only did it a couple of times, but I noticed that my muscle memory is still there to some degree, because strength has been returning pretty rapidly. Keep us posted on your gains.
