nativelover;3272964; said:right there with you. although i wasnt on the couch, just had other things that got in the way. im on my way back up. im aiming for 350 bench and 450lb+ deadlift, be able to do 30 straight pullups and weigh about 250 by the end of the year. right now im pretty weak compared to what i was. my bench is only 250, deadlift, i dont know my max but i did 315 in the gym the other day and took some strength. and i can only do like 14-16 pullups instead of the 22 i used to max out at. and im 6'6" about 225. hard to keep weight on running everyday and working in 90 degree weather with humidity reaching 100% and 90 the norm.
Wow! That is good but I am only 175 lbs and 5 foot 10 and can bench 355 lbs and all I do is drink beer and sit on the couch! BTW-I live in El Paso 100 degrees is nothing-here that is the low
