The pbass look great, way over priced though.

That planted tank is also very nice.

How much do they want for the gars?

The owner said the Peacock bass were priced like that because they were not locally bred ones, which are alot cheaper (one place I know were selling 2 inch ones for $60). He imported them months ago when none were available. They were about 10 inches.

Those spotted gars were going for $380.

His prices were reasonable, not the cheapest, but not exactly dear either. He can get the cheapest Asian aros I've seen over here though. Small greens, less than $500, and RTG $1850. I think a new tank is on its way to my place.

But yer hes prices arnt the cheapest but are decents. Yer i remember he told me about them pbass being imported. Well hes a good guy. I get the odd discount cause i'm friends with one of hes friends ^^

Some old text refer to them as Myxocyprinus asiaticus. I think they were referred to as Hi fin Chinese shark somewhere.

thier chinese high fin cats or something on that line. I think they get about 35cm's. Have to check that one out ^^

I like the Hi Fin Banded Loaches! I have a small pair of them!

That tank has a strong metal halide lighting and a CO2 system. He also fertilises the plants.
