Meal Worms

I have also fed wax worms, no problem. Oscars spit out a lot of junk though, but I guess it's true no matter what you feed them.

superworms are related to mealworms but much bigger @2". only for large fish able to swallow the whole thing. mealworms are good as occasional treat and fish go crazy over them, but the undigested skin creates a lot of mess at the tank's surface.

super mealworm, zophobas morio , 2' larvae of black beetles , only feed when they are shedding their skin( white colour)

true..you'll have to net the undigested shell from your tank
