i have been feeding my bichirs mealworm for a week now.but i'm noticed that bichirs poop currently contains 'undigested mealworms' and worsen the water quality.but my bichirs eat the worms eagerly and seems to like it very much?can indigestion affect the bichirs and should it stop giving mealworms now?:screwy:

I don't know about birchirs specifically but mealworms huge chiton-y heads and mandibles can cause impaction in some smaller species of lizards. Personally I'd rather be too cautious (and also save the filter some work too).

i been feeding mealworms 4 over a yr w/o a problem xcept i gota skim surface wit a net 2 get the floating shells

i feed my aros rays and dat/tigers on a mix of foods pellets and giant mario meal worms

the small normal size meal worms are full of protein the giant ones are full of fat

i never cut of the heads and have never had any problems

rays and aros chew their food so you wont have a problem with them

polys and dat/tigers eat them whole but still no problems with tigers

just feeding meal worms is not good for any fish mix it up is best

i feed mines mealworm, they like it and i sometimes cut it if there too small

yeah most to most, you just need to skim the water surface as the undigested shell floats like what bro "machine" mention. No worries man...
