Mealworms possible in harming fish?

I freeze my worms before feeding them to my fish because I'm a ***lord and I feel bad for the worms being eaten alive. My Tire track has a love for the "super worms" and I like them cause thier cheap. Two days in the freezer and they don't come back after thawing.

I regularly feed superworms to my cichlids and have never had an issue. Been feeding them for years (both whole and torn in pieces for smaller fish).

They are an excellent food, especially if you gut-load them with color flakes....and they don't need to be refrigerated.
