I don't like the ones with the grossly huge koks, which are prized by flowerhorn enthusiasts. I like the shape of my flowerhorn though. I think his kok looks good. Another reason I like flowerhorns is because I have never had another fish that had such an aggressive, outgoing personality. These are true glassbangers. It was the perfect choice for me for a solo fish for my 75.

Yes, Red Texas are FH's. They tend to not have big koks too.

Come on Eric, I can see that you are becoming more tempted to get a Flowerhorn. Just take the plunge, and buy one of these guys. As I said, they have the coolest personalities. They also have quick growth rates, so they seem to never stop changing. Just ignore the peer pressure of all the FH haters. Hybrids are nothing to be ashamed about. Just do it!
