Pound for pound I think the convicts are the meanest, but only the breeding pairs. I have witnessed my 3-4" female convict terrorize my 12" Oscar.

it really is an individual thing as far a meaness. i have an 7" devil that is passive as can be but i have a 3" femal salvini i had to move because she kept my 8" jag hiding all the time. i also have a 5" male salvini who completely owns my 8" butti.
my strangest one was a little 2 to 3 inch firemouth,he basicly skinned a 5" flowerhorn a 4" acara and took the tail off a 4" midas.
but anyways, from my experience the salvinis and mayans i've had are much meaner than the usual guys that top the list.

yeah, cons are mean, i'm posting a vid of two cons (where originally feeders) who paired off and set up territory. they tag team against 6in RH, salvini, and 3 8in O's. but thats in a pair, as far as a cic by itself, i'd have to say butti. mine hated everything!!! other cics, non-cics, books, tv, people,etc...he would attack anything...he eventually got into it with my p.bass and got his lower jaw broke (he was seperated from the p.bass and CK by a divider, funny thing is, he wanted so bad to beat on them that he dug up all the rocks at the base of the divider and squeezed underneath it, got his @ss beat, but he's still billigerent) he's in a med tank now. but he still attacks anything he sees, broken jaw and all.
salvini are the pitbulls wich would make them meanest the others are giant's jag dovi umibee like too see them take on a muskie but the salvini lives with these fish except umbiee and will not back down i have one with one eye he is like a cage fighter broke my gt jaw had my big male whoop alot of fish down and u are gonna get that tankbuster with the big one but out of the big fish i own my female rd is evil i hate her she chases everything even starts **** with my pike who is 5 inch bigger he just bite her but she takes it if i could beat up a fish a would beat her dwn she does her name well devil
come on bro... a muskie? MAYBE a pike, never a muskie. to big. no 3' fish is gonna take on a 6' fish. not one that has 1" long fangs anyway.
the dovii is the meanest not only does he get probably the largest of all ca's but they have teach that are the size of my dogs.. that is the **** right there come.. on there are no others to compare him to.. 
Im with Umbee, RD, Midas or Dovii (My 3" F0 Midas would probably kill my 8"-9" oscar in less than a day)
