Now that is the best way to grow them out in the summer. I'm sure there are not a lot of people in the states (if any) doing it this way with flowerhorns but I know that is how they all do it overseas. Any idea how many you've got in their? You should throw in a couple of plants or some java moss for extra filtration. You'll probably be over run with it by the time it gets cold but you can just take it to a auction/lfs for credit. Either way nice update you seem to be doing everything right.

They are doing great in that pond. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see some of these guys on the next update.
 
BTW - what's the temp of the water in that pond?
