Media Lounge: For or Against?

I don't mean any disrespect to the mods that work hard to improve this site, but I was wondering how many people think that the Media Lounge is an improvement or not.

Another thread on this topic? Just post your threads showing off your pictures or videos in the media lounge and keep the discussion topics in the main forum. It's not a difficult concept to grasp. Or maybe it isn't? Maybe I just assume people are on the same level as me.

Also it makes it so you don't have to post in the Photo Lounge and us herpers that do not go into that forum miss your threads. Now you can post in the Media lounge and we will see it.

Sorry if you feel this is a repost, I was just curious what people thought about the change. I didn't see a poll on the subject, so here it is. I didn't really want this to turn into a flame-fest, just vote what you yourself feel.

I definitely do grasp the concept. Granted, I'm not on "the same level as you", but then again, I'm not sure I want to be!

Hey Dan whether people like it or not; its here to stay, it was created for the reasons expressed by other members and I think its a great tool to sift informational posts from those threads that are 11 pages long with only pics.

I guess I haven't noticed the pictures-only threads. Often a photo starts a great conversation. Where do you draw the line?

Anyhow, I guess you can close this thread if it gets out of hand, but I still think it is a valid question. I realize there are some very vocal proponents and opponents of this topic, I want to know which side is favored by the MAJORITY of MFK herpers.
