A Pacman ( Lophiosliurus Alexandri ) would fit in there.

Also the smalles Cephalosilurus ( I believe Fowleri ) woudl fit.

I only mentioned the ones ( I know ) that you can "hand tame", as requested.

It's doubtful that you will hand-tame a pictus or a Sun cat. Some Synodontis maybe. I recomend a Hoplo, I can put a prawn in my hand and lower it into the tank and he will just sit there and eat it right in my palm - you can stroke him too.
