Thanks David. It is nice to have a fish that isn’t trying to murder me every time I pass the tank like Darth Vader did. ?
As I mentioned in the other thread since rehoming the clown loaches from this tank and adding the green phantom the aggression level has increased a little in this 120 gallon tank. Thinking of adding some giant danios or some schooling fish that won't add the same bio load as the clowns.
Chewy is looking good though and likes his role as boss in the tank. Every other fish has a little nip in their fins. Nothing too serious yet though.

Just come across this thread. I'm in exactly the same situation as you. A choc cichlid and a red shoulder sev, both around the same size as yours, and both in a 120g.
I have no aggression issues other than a little "nip" here and there if the smaller sev gets too close. I'm looking forward to seeing how yours get on.

That's great! They really seem like a good match. The "little "nips" here and there" is about as bad as it gets. I had some clown loaches in with them but they were stressing the others out so replaced the school with an L200 and everything is pretty chill now. We will have to keep comparing notes as they continue to grow!
Chewy approves of Wookiee in the Book of Bobafett. He’s grown about an inch since the end of last night year. 
Very nice, mine are coming along nicely too. Wispa(choc) and Squeak(sev).
Very nice Choco. Mine is over 8in and very pouty during water changes.
