cool! Is that a spider monkey?
when I was a kid my dad had a chimp ... they are a handful at times!

A friend of mine in Chicago had a cappuchin for many years and all of a sudden for no reason it turned on his wife.........sadly it did some real damage too. They had to put the monkey down.
Cute......yes, interesting.........yes, exotic..........yes, pets.......no, not really.

What is your experience with monkeys?
I'm not a fan of keeping them as pets. I'm afraid Ruby will not do too good despite your best intentions.

I'll admit she's cute now, but like Brook and Walls, I fear the worst. When she hits maturity, she'll be an absolute terror. Everyone I know who has worked at zoos or dealt with small monkeys verify this. Not sure when it will happen, but its inevitable and you'll be forced to dump her at a zoo or worse.
