I don't think this is frank's tank. It's said on his website that it belongs to Mister X and unknown owner of the tank.
 
Beautiful!!! now those fronts are spoiled!!! lucky fronts and lucky you to be able to see fronts swim closer to anything of there natural habitat. WTG!!!
