i agree this should be done through pm's but its clearly obvious that hte picture is taken in a lfs, can see the price tag on a tank

If that's the case I agree, ban him.

If he's buying the fish and then selling them through his own home, then to each their own.

I TOTALLY agree that IF he buys the fish, then sells it...but being a customer of the store, and good friend to the owners, I can TOTALLY AFFIRM that pic was taken in the store tank! If you look closely you can still see writing on the tank listing other fish!

And I did start by just PM'ing him....he just admitted what he was doing and got nasty with me.

I also reported all threads to the admins that I can prove are of pics at LFS's.
And I also have no personal grudge against this guy...I just can't stand by after hearing that he's bragging how much he's taking advantage of people here on the forums.

I was pretty sure buying from the LFS and reselling was what he was doing though. And again fine as long as it's on the up and up. But what happens when $250.00 sent, and he heads to the fish store to buy it and it's already sold..

A little off topic, but with the English skills and grammar used by this member, maybe this is his only possible form of income. (i.e. swindling, shady-dealings, alleged gross-negligence, etc.)
