I've been bitten by my arowana, but never have they broken the skin. Not a fun thing to do though... why would you want to do that?

I got bitten by my jard i literaly had to apply presure to stop the bleeding!!

The only bad thing about doing this is you can easily damage the scales on the Arowana if your not gentle enough.they need that slime coat for protection...... and if it should scare you ...you may not be gentle..

sod it, im just guna jump in one of the tanks at my lfs, then dont have to buy and return. that is as stupid as the vid i saw of someone trying to get a python bite them.
