And shop more at Pond Shops (for japanese koi) to get my filters. (Mijn vissen zijn inmiddels te groot om deze als aquarium vissen te behandelen) ik laat nu een HDPE bak lassen voor een van mijn vissen. My fish are now at my parents place because I just moved to Arnhem. Have to ship one over as soon as the new tank is ready.

Well, while my Dutch isn't perfect, I can read most of it ;) (I'm only half Dutch and spent most of my life in Asia).

Never been to Aqua Ferrytale, to be honest I have never even heard of it before...but certainly will be google to find out what/where it is.

I go to two places which is one local mom & pop type shop and the other is a bigger one called deebo (spelling is probably wrong). I've heard of a place in Rotterdam called I think "fish world" so I need to investigate that place still.

Yep, indeed that was you I was refering to :)

I did have a look on marktplaats as you suggested - found a couple of places/vendors on there but no one with what I want. So I've gone to the little local guy and he's going to put in an order for me for the Texas (which is what I was looking for) from Belgium.

Hoogvliet is north or south Rotterdam? I should know that as I lived there for five years :nilly:

Looks liek a nice country, 8). Your thread has inspired me to start one where I post pics of Australia that I took (mainly just from some scrubland down the road). lol.

went there last saturday, got a nice collection - added bonus the guy is building a spa treatment underground which has these little fish that eat away at your dead skin...
 
no, I have never been there but i plan on taking a trip there this upcoming January cause im turning 21! but im going to follow this thread so i can look at fish while im there!! but one question will i have a hard time with people talking dutch??

almost all dutch people speak some form ofenglish, so don't expect to have a hard time with a language barrier.
