Even my 3 year old knows that meat comes from animals. When I made burgers the other day he asked "did you shoot a cow or something?"

I'm guessing whoever wrote that lives in N.Y. or L.A.

Kids are awesome.
at 3, mine wouldn't eat meat unless he knew what animal it was, then as he'd be eating chicken, he'd make chicken noises the whole time. Cow, he'd moo...etc. The WHOLE time. I imagine he kept it up for so long just cuz he knew it kinda grossed me out a little...

you mean nycity ... not ny in general.. there are alot of cows and other animals raised for meat upstate ny...
