ok well it kind of looks like the base is still there so it may grow back still but a clearer pic will help, usually with injuries like that as long as it isnt so bad as to cut into the actual flash then it can usually grow back it will just take awhile

with fins, if it is only bitten in the fin part and doesnt go all the way to the base of the fin then it will usually grow back eventually
